What's Included:

In addition to good company, daily yoga practices incorporating asana, pranayama, guided relaxation and meditation and access to the yoga studio/yoga props for any supplemental practice(s) you wish to explore:

  • 8 days/7 nights accommodation at Locanda del Gallo, Gubbio, Italy.

  • Organic and locally sourced meals. Dinner on arrival day, breakfast on departure and 3 meals/day on the other days (unless we are off-site).

  • Exquisite grounds: salt water infinity pool, jacuzzi, steam room, beautiful gardens and vistas of the countryside and hiking trails waiting to be explored!

  • Excursion to Spello for the Infiorate di Spello.

  • Excursion to Assisi to draw inspiration from St. Francis, St. Claire and other pilgrims as well as from artists such as Cimabue, Giotto, Simone Martini and Pietro Lorenzetti who created magnificient frescos.

  • Regional Italian cooking class with our private chef

  • Down time for you to lounge, reflect, journal or plan your own excursions or hikes.

What's Not Included

  • Airfare to/from Italy (fly into Rome, Perugia or Florence).

  • Transportation from the airport (however, we may be able to coordinate transportation depending on people's arrival times).

  • Travel insurance -- I strongly urge you to get some for this trip!

  • White/red wine and other alcohol, cappuccino, bottled H2O are extra. Guest kitchen is stocked with an honor bar/fridge. Note: There is a corkage fee for wine not purchaed on premises.

  • Massage appointments are available but are not included in the all-inclusive price.

  • Mountain bikes are available for rental.
